Naomi Campbell’s billionaire boyfriend is building a house for her in the shape of the Eye of Horus.  To say I dislike literal translations of objects into architecture is an understatement: I can’t stand them. The glaring problem here is that people don’t really experience buildings in plan or aerial view; they experience them in elevation. So, in meandering through this house you would probably never know it was the Eye of Horus unless there were constant reminders of it throughout. Yeah, it has its ‘green’ and ‘eco-friendly’ features, but consider the environmental footprint and scale of this monster. #TACKY
